Climate Science Analyst
Lena Krutikov is a climate science analyst and content developer for the Scenarios Network for Alaska and Arctic Planning. She specializes in communicating scientific information about climate change and its impacts to diverse audiences. Lena’s research experience includes stratigraphy studies in Southeast Alaska, strain accommodation in the central Aleutian arc, and airborne geophysical surveys of Antarctica.
Lena holds a BS in Geology (1997) from Colgate University, plus an MS in Geology (2006) and a State of Alaska teaching certificate (2008) from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. In her time outside of the office, she can usually be found running or skiing on trails, shredding down the local domes, taking photographs or baking.
