Lead Statistical Analyst
Matt Leonawicz is the Lead Statistical Analyst for SNAP. His work focuses on high performance statistical computing and analysis, data visualization, and development of web applications for presentation of statistical analyses and scientific information suitable for a range of audiences. He has a BS in Sociology (2005), an AAS in Paramedicine (2008), and an MS in Statistics (2011). Matt enjoys networking with other statisticians, data analysts, researchers, and useRs around the globe. Most of his R code is open source and freely available on Github.
When not neck deep in R code, Matt can generally be found supervising others in analytic and data processing positions as well as providing guidance, education and training to colleagues and collaborators on topics of statistics, modeling, analysis, data visualization, data processing, and statistical programming.
